Our time together would look like this:
We’ll work together for either three or six months
We’ll meet either face to face or online every two weeks
Each session will last one hour
You can email and message me throughout
We can schedule additional catch up calls if time allows

We will use our co-created vision as a guide, however the outlines below give you an idea of what we’ll cover.
For three months coaching your investment is £1200 - in full or three, monthly instalments of £400
For six months coaching your investment is £2100 - in full or six, monthly instalments of £350

Providing a safe, non-judgemental space to talk about how you really feel
Teaching you techniques and giving you tools that will enhance your life everyday
Understanding what your definition of balance means and always focusing our work towards it
Exploring your relationship with time and how you can make the best use of it
Building confidence and resilience for when life gets overwhelming
By the end of our coaching you will feel calmer and more in control. You will be making better use of your time and prioritising the things you cherish most.
Walking tall
Walking Tall helps you to be 100% yourself, 100% of the time.

Understanding what is driving you to take action now and what has stopped you before
Helping you understand your motivations
Helping you tap into a growth mindset more of the time
