I have loads of ways to make our sessions insightful, useful, interesting and fun. 

We might be together in a room, on Zoom or talking on the phone. It will be a comfortable and safe space that is free from distractions. 

And then I’ll really listen.

I do my best work with successful men and women who are currently facing these three challenges:
You find yourself at a crossroads. You love working but something isn't quite right. Maybe your dream job isn’t quite so dreamy any more. Maybe you’re being let go. Or you're desperate for a promotion. There are so many options and you want the confidence to take positive action. You want clarity about your Plan B.
You work really hard. Life is busy. But you’re overwhelmed and feel like you're sinking under the pressure of keeping all the plates spinning. You want to be more effective and do more of what you're truly brilliant at. You want to confidently prioritise and say 'No'. The goal is to feel calm and more in control.
You feel like you're stuck in a rut. You want to feel more confident and happier and be 100% you, 100% of the time. You want to put yourself first for once and take some time thinking about who you are and what you stand for. You want to own your personal brand, believe in yourself and start confidently walking tall.
Our time together would look like this:

We’ll work together for either three or six months
We’ll meet either face to face or online every two weeks 
Each session will last one hour
You can email and message me throughout 
We can schedule additional catch up calls if time allows
I combine pure goal oriented coaching with tools and exercises that I think you will enjoy and benefit from

I work in this holistic way because I know how busy life can get 
and sometimes a quick conversation or text message is all you need to keep you moving in the right direction. 

All I want is for you to get the most out of our time together. Your package is unique to you. 
We will use our co-created vision as a guide, however the outlines below give you an idea of what we’ll cover.

For three months coaching your investment is £1200 - in full or three, monthly instalments of £400
For six months coaching your investment is £2100 - in full or six, monthly instalments of £350

Plan B

Plan B gives you space to think and get real clarity about what your next chapter will look like.

My approach would include:
Identifying your values so you can pinpoint future projects that align with them
Exploring your talents and passions so you have real clarity about what’s most important to you
Removing the blocks that are holding you back
Transforming your mindset from "I can’t" to "I will and I know how" 
Breaking down goals to ensure you never feel overwhelmed 
Learning from the past to take action for the future 
Helping you understand what really motivates you 

By the end of our coaching, you will have already made great progress on your goals and have the confidence and clarity to know what’s next on the list. 
You might even be getting ready to move into a new role. You’ll be energised and excited about future possibilities.

Walking Tall helps you to be 100% yourself, 100% of the time.

Getting to the bottom of what you really want to change
Understanding what is driving you to take action now and what has stopped you before 
Helping you understand your motivations  
Helping you tap into a growth mindset more of the time 
I can also show you how you can use colour to boost both your mood and confidence by knowing and wearing your very best colours through colour analysis

By the end of our coaching you will feel happier and more like yourself. 
Your colleagues, friends and family will have noticed a change and will be telling you so.
